Description
The primary military force of Jim's Galactic Coalition, tasked with protecting Jim Space and asserting power across the galaxy. The Navy is equipped with many ships of various classes and sizes ranging from supermaneuverable fighters to large carrier craft. These ships are stationed throughout Coalition military outposts and installations to be dispatched on patrols and to be used in warfare.

Rank and Insignia
Rank | Abbreviation | Pay Grade | Description |

Recruit | RT | E-1 | Every enlisted soldier in the Coalition Navy will begin as a Recruit. Recruits will undergo training to be able to progress to the next rank, until Recruits are declared capable of being promoted, they will remain at this rank indefinitely. Training should take no more than 8 hours of service and includes basic introductory courses and trainee positions on Coalition vessels. |
Crewman | CRW | E-2 | After being promoted by their supervising officer, Crewmen are placed on a permanent position on a vessel and will serve on that vessel unless transferred. After 35 hours of paid service as a Crewman, they will be able to request a promotion by their supervising officer. If the supervising officer deems them as superior to their current rank, they will be promoted to the next pay grade. |
Crewman Advanced | CRWA | E-3 | Crewman Advanced is a rank surpassing Crewman that can be achieved through paid service time. The rank of CRWA comes with more responsibilities and holders should begin to exercise leadership qualities in preparation for further promotions. |
Specialist | SP | E-3 | The rank of Specialist is achieved through retaining a Specialty Badge as a Crewman Advanced. This rank is meant to show a soldiers proficiency in a field. Though this is in the same pay grade as CRWA, SP should be treated as superior. Promotion from CRWA to SP is automatic once eligible. |
Petty Officer 3 | PO3 | E-4 | Sodliers become eligible for this rank through 50 hours of paid service as a CRWA or 20 hours as an SP and after they have been admitted by their supervising officer. This rank is the beginning of an enlisted soldier's leadership role as they become assistant to an officer as commander of a vessel. It is at this rank that soldiers are eligible to join the Specialist Operations Response Regiment. |
