The Utopian Order constantly provides Civilian and Military contracts. These benefit not only The Order but also benefit the contract monetarily. This means that no one in the faction is forced into doing anything they do not want to do and provides people with an incentive to get jobs done. Most civilian contracts are even available to those outside of the faction.
Hermes’ Chariot can be chartered to go somewhere as long as all operating costs and payment of staff is provided by the charterer.
