政府

1. 立法

1.1 议会

席位总数由公司数量决定，议会最多可将席位增加到90个。

1.2 选民

为了使公务员及其助手在王国中有资格投票，内务须满足以下所有条件：

• 领地是王国的公民，或属于已获得王国正式会员资格的派系。
  
• 在军队服役或在王国工作和纳税至少1个月，或根据功绩或杰出的资格被授予例外。
  
• 在犯罪数据库中没有条目。就本条款而言，轻罪不算作犯罪。犯罪将使投票的权利失效，并将其从任何公共官员职位上撤职。在某些情况下，公职人员可以赎回自己。
  
  

1.3 法案

法律和宪法修改是通过法案制定的。 法案可由任何合格的选民发起，公务员将对其进行处理，以确保对法案进行了指定和分类。公务员将把该法案张贴在各个分庭可以访问的论坛上，以便他们进行辩论。 根据法案的影响，可以安排听证会。申办者必须参加听证会。

2. 行政人员

2.1 国王

2.2 总理

第一议院分两阶段选举总理。选举前的目的是减少候选人的数量。在预选中票数超过5％的任何候选人都将参加大选。其中，得票最多的候选人获胜。
总理的任期为4个月，总理一生中的任期最多为3个任期（12个月）。总理可以选择下台。
如果总理由于疏忽大意或恶意而未能履行其职责，则议会可以通过一项要求全体注册选民占66％多数的信任议案将他免职。

如果总理由于任何原因提前被免职，第二议会议会将作为临时政府，直到选举出新的总理。

2.3 内阁

内阁由总理，他的6位任命的部长和最多3位男爵组成。 它是总理向部长们介绍情况，讨论问题并从作为内阁观察员的男爵那里获得建议的地方。男爵是由总理选择的，可以担任代表王国的外交官，但在政府内部没有权力。 所有内阁成员和观察员都对内阁事务表示完全的忠诚和保密。内阁成员不得成为公司的领导者，也不得受任何外力或因素的影响。总理不能任命来自他自己公司或集团的部长。

3.司法

3.1 刑事制度

犯罪分子将由王国执法部门或军队决定介入，由他们处理。

王国赏金猎人行会提供的证书可作为资格和守信的证明。这将需要少量的管理费。

3.2 犯罪数据库

3.3 法院

4. 公务员

A civil servant and their assistants function as the main anti-corruption force in the kingdom and facilitate all democratic processes. They also act as judges when necessary and manage social platforms such as discord.
When acting within their functionality as anti-corruption force, civil servants have to provide evidence of the offense and two of the three civil servants have to agree with the decision.
Should a civil servant become corrupt or not fulfill their role, the parliament’s first chamber can start a confidence motion, after providing evidence, to remove a civil servant requiring 75% majority. When a civil servant steps down or is removed, a new civil servant is elected by parliament.
Civil Servants can assign assistants. Each civil servant has to get his assistants approved by all other civil servants. The assistants can only act when instructed by their civil servant.

The civil service in its anti-corruption functionality uses the following definition for corruption which can be changed at any point by civil service: The misuse of funding or tax money. Accepting any kind of bribe. Working under external influence. The misuse of powers given by the position. Sharing of confidential information or state secrets.

Ministries

Ministry of Defense
The ministry of defense is arguably one of the most powerful ministries due to its scope and importance, managing the entire Royal Army.
They are the main executive force in military action.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The ministry of foreign affairs is the face of the Kingdom outside of its borders and acts as the main bridge between us and other non-Kingdom parties.
Being diplomats, they are one of the least employed ministries.

Ministry of Infrastructure
The ministry of infrastructure has a great responsibility of overseeing almost all official Kingdom construction, this includes both the planning and execution of said construction.
It is comprised of Kingdom's greatest builders and architects.

Ministry of Research & Development
The ministry of research & technology takes lead in creating the golden standard for ship design and defensive measures, working to create what the Kingdom will mass-produce while staying in the lead of advancing technologies.
A brilliant group of engineers, programmers, and designers take the stead.

Ministry of Production & Resources
The ministry of production and resources has the role of both producing the nuts, bolts, and parts for official Kingdom projects; as well as acquiring the resources to do so.
It is made up of a collection of miners, laborers, and citizens simply making extra credits.

Ministry of Trade
The ministry of trade fills the role of a treasury, as well as the creation of trade deals and contracts within the Kingdom and its companies.
Fiscally minded individuals make up the small group that represents this ministry.

Military

Arms of the King
The Arms of the King comprises of soldiers from the Royal Army and is responsible for all combat-oriented actions during wartime. They are split into two branches, the Royal Defense and the Peacekeepers.
The Kingdom has a number of ships that they commandeer.
The Royal Army is one of the key pillars of the Kingdom's military.

Maintenance Company
The Maintenance Company is responsible for the physical and mental well being of the Royal Army soldiers and accountable for the ammunition and weaponry of the army.

Royal Engineers
The Royal Engineers are the maintenance force of the Royal Army, taking care of the technological equipment, vehicles and ships of the Kingdom's military.
The Royal Engineers are also mostly delegated explosive combat roles and are expected to support multiple fighting squad
