Composition
Cooling cells are devices used in cooling racks to supply a generator with fresh coolant, or alternatively to store expired coolant due to be refreshed in a recharge rack. On occasion they may "steal" used coolant from the coolant network, which can be redistributed back into the cooling cells with missing coolant via a recharge rack.
