The Anarchists have two rules:
1. Anarchy is only prohibited on robots outside the faction 2. Do not make a bigger mess than you can clean up
Faction Description
Otherwise you may do whatever you desire. Be it construction or destruction,
assist or impair. You are free to do whatever you wish.
