SkyJak Industries is a Ship Manufacturing industry founded on June 8th, 2019 by Ender, Splashcat and Scrumpy. It soon grew to be one of the biggest ship manufacturing industries containing multiple subsidiaries and over 149+ members.

Who Are We

In the endeavors of the black expansion of space, we must have a collective of people that share goals, visions, motivation, courage and above all, a strong sense of commitment. Whatever interests you may have in the world of Starbase. We at SkyJak Industries have the sole motivation of achieving more than just a simple arbitrary RP. As an Independent Private Company, we take in any robotic endoskeleton to help them not only to grow, but to help them develop to the best of their abilities within their interests and motivations. We also give company benefits and weekly wages. As a fact, we at SkyJak don’t believe in being bossed around. It isn’t our goal. We strive for a mature and strong willed collective for the enjoyment of everyone who decides to take part in it. Of course we ask for some effort, not any effort. Your effort to do what's necessary to fulfill your enjoyment of a safe and productive space provided at SkyJak Industries. As it is, SkyJak Industries is a shipbuilding and construction focused private engineering company built on the foundation of giving everyone, the best equipment. Divisions

Development

Division Head: 3(III)

• Design Branch GeneralSyb

- The design branch is ran by GeneralSyb who facilitates and guides Skyjak Industries's designers in creating new ships according to our customers.

- Main operations include: ship design, design evaluation, redesigns.

- Design also fulfills requests from other departments based on customer needs, product updates, and in-company consultation.

• R&D Branch

Branch Director:

- The Research and Development branch is in charge of researching and developing new components and technologies.

- Main operations include: coming up with new components and technologies, discussing them in depth to determine their viability and finally designing them.

- R&D also fulfills requests from other departments should they need technology that isn't developed yet.

Construction

Division Head: CaptainGnome

• Engineering Branch

Branch Director: Argrey

- The Engineering Branch, ran by Argrey, is focused on building, processing and creating ships and stations. Main operation: keeping production line working and doing maintenance.

- Our Engineers are sometimes dispatched as helpers/repairmen to other branches, thus this branch is responsible for most of the repairs done around Company.

• Labor Branch

- The Labor Branch, ran by CaptainGnome, if focused on directing manpower and human resources to complete builds as efficiently as possible.

- Our labor members are mainly stationed in factories or station construction sites, but can be distributed to other departments if needed.

Corporate Strategy

Division Head: DeathsVendetta

• Finances Branch

- Collects and analyzes data to prepare weekly statements on financial variances, summarization and other trends to guide SkyJak's Strategy.

Operations

Division Head: Gamma

• Branch of Station Operations

Branch Director: Phodotenix

- Manages all station operations, including Station Overseers, Communications and Coordination.

• Branch of Mobile Operations

- Coordinates mobile operations such as creating new stations and long range mining trips. Also works with the financing branch to report data on costs and inventory.

Public Relations

Division Head: Storyloops [SHEEP REEE]

• Marketing Branch

Branch Director: N/A

- The Marketing Branch, is in charge of managing the public view, advertising and selling SJI products. Main operations include: selling the product to a customer,

- helping them pick the right choice for them and answering any question regarding our services, as well as negotiating prices for customized ship orders.

• Negotiations Branch

Branch Director: N/A

- The Negotiations Branch, ran by N/A, is in charge of managing relations, contracts and any ongoing deals in between SJI and other factions. Main operation includes: negotiating future contracts,

- making sure both parties are fulfilling their part of those and making sure the contracts are favoring SJI and not causing any financial loss.

Logistics

Division Head: Kay1010100

• Storage Branch

- Is responsible for all operations related to transportation, warehousing and general administration of goods.

- Is in charge of requesting a mobile operation where defensive escorts or other branches assistance are needed.

- Is also responsible for further development and improvements of logistical procedures to make sure that the corporation achieves the best logistics.

• Branch of Resources

Branch Director: MRrabbers

- The Branch of resources, is in charge of gathering and refining resources. Main operations include mining and refining, using a combination of ships and stations.

- Resources are the lifeblood of Starbase, used to create various items required for ship manufacturing, and therefore the Resources Division is one of the main divisions in SkyJak Industries.

Defense

Division Head: Sovereing

- The Defense branch, ran by sovereing171, is in charge of protecting all assets, members and space owned by SkyJak Industries. It also serves as a deterrent for illegal activities in SkyJak controlled space.

- In a sense, it serves as a military instalment that operates inside SkyJak space with the exception of Escorting SkyJak VIPs and SkyJak assets outside of its domain.

- Main operations include:

• Protecting SkyJak members.

• Escorting SkyJak vessels in and out of SkyJak controlled space.

• Providing protection to all Subsidiaries under SkyJak.

• Inforcing SkyJak protocols of space flight in SkyJak controlled space.

• Maintaining Peace within SkyJak controlled space
