Faction description

As a well rounded faction, the state of Panem is a totalitarian regime ruled by President Snow. The Panem faction controls 12 Districts each with distinct goals and missions. The 13th District is an elite society within Panem where only those who excel in their duties will be accepted. Panem also hold its notorious military branch known as the Peacekeepers. All Districts including District 13 are under direct command of President Snow.

Peacekeepers:
These specialized soldiers pledge allegiance to Panem and its leader. Peacekeepers are tasked with maintaining order throughout Panem and protecting the Capital. The life of this Faction rests on shoulders of every Peacekeeper. This is a war we will not loose, join the Faction today.
