Goals
The goal of the Byzantium faction is to Conquer and build a trading and imperial empire for its Citizens.
Byzantine Government
The Byzantine government is broken down into several layers:
The Royal Government
Consisting of Several layers, The Administrative area of the Byzantine government is structured as follows:
The Emperor and House Palaiologos
The highest ranking officials of Byzantium are the Emperor, Meme of Wheat(Otherwise known as Rico2), and his dynastic house.
The High Council
The High Council consists of the Emperor's Personal advisors.
The Senate
The Senate of Byzantium consists of dignitaries of large trading corporations 1 representative of each of it's city, usually also the owner or duke of said city, is granted a seat upon the Senate, but The senate can also call votes for other members of the Byzantium faction to be given a seat. The senate is limited to 30 seats.
The Royal Court
The Court of Byzantium consists of lower ranking officials, These officials are usually trusted high ranking military officials such as admirals but may also consist of dukes of smaller cities.
The Byzantine Armed Forces
The Byzantine Armed forces are dedicated to protecting the citizens and cites of Byzantium and conquering new land for the faction as a whole. To administrate, The armed forces are split into a hierarchy, similar to the Royal Government
Chain of Command
The Royal Court Ranks Highest on the military chain of command.
The Officers Are the second highest ranking on the chain of command, Officers consist of those with Colonel or Corporal rank.
Squads and Regiments Are third highest. This section of the chain of command consists of those of Officer rank and Sergeant rank.
Ground troops Are the main bulk of the military, consisting of Recruits and Adeptus
Recruitment
Byzantium is accepting any and all recruits willing to help build our empire. Byzantine Recruits should join the discord and contact high ranking officials to begin training.
