The highest ranking officials of Byzantium are the Emperor, Meme of Wheat, and his dynastic house.
The High Council
The High Council consists of the Emperor's Personal advisors.
The Senate
The Senate of Byzantium consists of dignitaries of large trading corporations 1 representative of each of it's city, usually also the owner or duke of said city, is granted a seat upon the Senate, but The senate can also call votes for other members of the Byzantium faction to be given a seat. The senate is limited to 30 seats.
The Court
The Court of Byzantium consists of lower ranking officials
