The Collective is a technocratic player faction ruled by an assembly of the most skilled individuals. Unlike many think, Collective is not evil or warlike due to its hive mind and AI overlord role-play.
Goal
The goal of Collective is to be the state-of-the-art in all technology and design, using inventions like Von Neumann probes to automate the more mundane tasks. Aesthetics hold minimal value, only functionality, efficiency and innovation matter.
Submatrices
The Collective is split into multiple submatrices (branches, divisions) that specialize in one or multiple areas.
