General Information
Eagle is an endo businessman assembled and based on Origin 10 right after this station was built. He founded a small and familiar engineering company called Eagle Industries when Origin 10 was built. Now, his company is growing with great and solid clients and aims to be a reference on ship design and engineering. He is also involved in economic topics and is usually discussing several matters related to the economic system, auctions and money.
The endo Eagle is founder and member of the management board of Eagle Industries applying a transactional leadership, based on rewards to his employees and offering interesting profesional careers to commanders and engineers. The company works like a familiar company where everyone has all the information and may take decisions to solve situations and do the work. This leadership model and his internal policies allow the company to compete with the biggest and well-known ship design companies of the universe.
