Presentation

Hediata is a francophone corporation of the game Starbase. Our goal is to become a major player in the gaming economy. To do this we design, manufacture and sell all kinds of products. From the small fighter to the huge battleship, through the simple turret, we manufacture everything.
Our credo: Make our present, create our future..

Hediata has a certain advantage in its organization and structure :

- Our faction is small, so it is easier to voice your opinion/view without being overshadowed by the mass of other voices. Our faction has a more family atmosphere.
- Hediata is based on a democratic system, that's why every 6 months, elections of the different directors take place. Anyone can be a director in any of the sectors.

Commercial Information Center

Hediata being a commercial faction we are open to all factions wishing to buy or sell products of any kind.
We offer different types of commercial contracts whether it is the sale of services or products.

How Hediata Works

Hediata is organized to be effective in small numbers, which is why all members are part of Main activity sectors.
Secondary Activity Sectors are whole appart parts that recruit members who wish to participate in additional activities. These secondary activities can replace the main activities for a limited time. Once the secondary tasks are completed the player returns to the main tasks of the faction.

Main activity sectors

The Work

Under the direction of the Director of Work, the members take care of the whole post-development chain up to the sale. This is the heart of the corporation, the main source of profit. 
As a member of the Work, you know how to measure the risks and make good decisions so that it is always beneficial. 
Your goal is to mine, harvest resources, refine them and manufacture the elements that we will need. The harvesting of resources will be escorted by ships of our Army. 
Belonging to the Work you will have to choose among the sub-section roles that will determine the task you want to do the majority of the time whether it be in, management, responsibility, or mining.

The Army

We have chosen to create a Conscript Army. All members of Hediata are recruited as conscripts.
Under the command of the Director of the Interior, your mission will be to protect the interests of the corporation.
This will range from escorting our civilian ships, to confronting other factions. 
In times of peace, this army will not be idle, as it will offer to serve as mercenaries for other factions.
In order to avoid any theft of technology, our ships will have to be destroyed before being captured.

Secondary Activity Sectors

The Research

Once a project is underway, the research members will dedicate themselves to the research project assigned to them by the research director.
Your objective will be to design new products even more innovative than the previous ones. This section is entirely dedicated to the creation of new products capable of seducing the most reluctant customers and differentiating us from other corporations. This ranges from small light fighters to large heavy cruisers. 
Research is organized as follows: every project is examined and then validated or not. It then goes to development: it will be improved until the results are satisfactory. 
Finally, it will be necessary to think jointly with the Production to realize the project.

The Trade

Managed by the Director of Trades who recruits commercials, their goal is to contact the different factions, to manage a documentation of the information of the different factions and to inform the faction of different dangers or important information.
Their missions are also to create alliances and good relationships with other factions to strengthen Hediata.
The commercials are in charge of selling the different products and services that Hediata offers. They will have to contact the factions, organise and negotiate the exchanges and propose them our products and services contracts.
The members of the commercial sector must behave in a respectable way towards the other factions.

The Finance

The Director of Finance is in charge of the management of the budget that is assigned to the different projects of the faction. He is the only one who has the financial responsibility of Hediata, all the projects that require a budget must go through him.
