<h1> B.E.E.S Government</h1>

As a faction of 62 members right now, we hope to expand to a moderate to large faction.

Our goals for making money as a faction is by the manufacture and merchandising of weapons and munitions. This will include the likes of creation of factories to create hundreds of missiles or torpedoes to the clients specifications. We also plan to do extensive convoy escorts to protect your cargo while it is in transfer. Whereas this is our main source of income, our faction will have more ways of accumulating credits in the world of StarBase; for honey is not made of one flower.

We are not a super serious faction as of yet, we are mostly a group of friends of friends bringing their friends of friends into the faction to create a faction with the aim of fun... And expansion, though mostly fun.
== Government Structure ==

As seen in Image 1, the Government structure is a hierarchical system where their is a chain of information from the lowest ranks to the highest. This ensures that the the Monarch or the Monarch Advisers have an ensured communication from the worker to them. This system also makes it easy for communication for when the Company grows in size.

This position is held by MrMunchkin21, the founder of the BEES. This position's job it to make sure that the faction as a whole is operating smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing various branch for efficiency, writing company wiki's (:3), and listing to what the workers and heads of state need when the Monarch Advisers come to them with any information. The Monarch is also in charge of Station Building unless the task is designated to someone else.



 <h3><u><b> Monarch Advisers </b></u></h3> 
This role entails both the Commander in Chief and the Secretary of state. This role acts an an intermediary of the 6 Heads of State and the Monarch as well as a head of each of the Military or Civilian sector.

The commander in Chief role is held by CallMeSquiffy. This is the head of the Military branch of Government which covers the 3 Military Heads of States: Convoy Admiral, Fleet Admiral, and the Chief Directorate. The Commander in Chief will often study/create battle doctrines, request ship classes, or approve trade routes.

 <h4><li> Secretary of State </h4>

The Secretary of State role is held by Scoutg. This is the head of the Civilian branch of Government which covers the Civilian Head of States: Lead Diplomat, Secretary of the Exchequer, and the Secretary of Industry. The Secretary of State will often monitor receive information on the treasury, civilian ship developments, and diplomatic missions.

 <h3><u><b> 6 Heads of State </b></u></h3> 
The Head's State are the heads of each of their individual branches of Government. Their main take is to make sure that all workers under their branch are being productive when needed though more importantly, making sure that their workers are happy. If a worker is unhappy, then the Head of State will try and fix that which is causing the trouble. Each Head of State cannot run their branch of Government by themselves. Each branch works in synergy with each other to create a more efficient Company.

 <h4><li> Fleet Admiral </h4>
Chosen by the Commander in Chief, Dr. BEES the Fleet Admiral is the head of the Military Navy only superseded by the Commander in Chief. The battle orders will be made by the Fleet Admiral in the Capital Flagship unless the Commander in Chief is present and requests command. The Fleet Admiral is also in charge of promotion of members of the Military who show the adeptness to earn the higher ranks.

 <h4><li> Chief Directorate </h4>

Chosen by the Commander in Chief, RandyThePenguin the Chief Directorate is in charge of the BEES Special Forces Unit. The Chief Directorate will often analyse a problem and find the best way in which to conquer the problem when a large fleet may not be best suited for the task.

 <h4><li> Convoy Admiral </h4> 
Chosen by the Commander in Chief, KahnTheRockJ the Convoy Admiral is in charge of protecting any and all shipments that are coming into or out of BEES space-space. They have their own fleet usually consisting on old Military ships or of specially designed convoy escorting ships. When another faction requests a convoy escort through the Chancellor of the Exchequer, the Convoy Admiral will tell the Chancellor of the Exchequer how many ships are able to participate in the escort for the most accurate estimation of prices and availability. If in the event that a war is started, the Convoy Admiral will take battle control of their main fleet in an engagement. The Convoy Admiral works with the Chancellor of the Exchequer to determine the best routs for trade.

 <h4><li> Secretariat of Industry </h4>

Chosen by the Secretary of State, Patc4 the Secretary of Industry is in charge of factory and ship development. When requested by any of the other branches of Government, the Secretary of Industry will create a ship to match the specifications requested while creating a high quality ship at the same time. Also in charge of factories, the Secretary of Industry will overview the creation and productivity of the factories telling the Chancellor of the Exchequer when and what ore is needed and supplying the products of the factories to the Chancellor of the Exchequer for sale or to whatever Branch needs/requested the outputs.

 <h4><li> Chancellor of the Exchequer </h4>
Chosen by the Secretary of State, BearBottems the Chancellor of the Exchequer is both in charge of mining operations and of the treasury. Being in charge of the treasury means that it is also up to the Chancellor of the Exchequer to deliver the maximum budgets to each of the Heads of State while also trying to keep the treasury rising for when vast amounts of funds are needed. The budgets are not a set amount, they are dependent on the amount of money that has been gained by the cumulative efforts of each branch of Government. Also being in charge of mining operations, it is up to the Chancellor of the Exchequer to make sure that any and all ore required for station building, ships, trade, or factories is met. This will often requesting new mining ships from the Secretary of Industry to fulfil greater and greater requirements.

 <h4><li> Lead Diplomat </h4>

Chosen by the Secretary of State, Mxsey the Lead Diplomat is the head of ensuring good relations between companies. With the aim of creating a network of friends and contacts, this is one of the most important roles.

<h1> BEES Position </h1>
When one decides to enter the Hive and become a BEE, there are many jobs that they can take up, from a military path, to a building, or mining path. It is up to you on what you want to do in the BEES. When you take a job, you are not forced into that one path either, if you want to  mine and build, go for it, being a BEE is about having the freedom to do do what you want; and most importantly, having fun.

<h2> Military </h3>
Split into 3 main branches, the Military's purpose in the BEES is mainly for self protection and use for convoy escorts; this does not mean that the Military is forgotten. With constant technological innovations from the Industrial sector means that ships will always be up to date and the Military personal will always be highly trained.


 <h3><u><b> Fleet Navy </b></u></h3>
The Fleet Navy is the combined forces of every Endo that is trained in ship operation and combat. The Fleet Navy is the main battle force of the BEES Navy split into many fleets each led by their own Admiral or Rear Admiral. As of right now, the Fleet Navy have 4 promotable ranks: Admiral, Rear Admiral, Captain, and Ensign.

<ul>
 <h4><li> Admiral </h4>
This is the Highest Rank that multiple Endo's can obtain. This rank will lead and give battle commands to the fleet unless the Fleet Admiral or Commander in Chief takes control of the fleet. When an Endo has this position, a great deal of responsibility is given to them, the life's of every Endo and ship is up to them. They must be able to think fast and well when under pressure and take into account all of the possibilities. The likely fleets an Admiral will control is high class consisting of possible carriers, fighter and bomber craft in the carriers, cruisers, destroyers, and screen frigate; in total, ~10-30 ships.

 <h4><li> Rear-Admiral </h4>
Being the second highest rank under the Fleet Admirals command, the Rear-Admiral will often either serve with and Admiral in a fleet or will have a smaller fleet under their own control. A Rear-Admiral will nee the same skills as an Admiral though to a lesser extent. If they are leading a smaller fleet then they will need to be able to have the quick thinking and prediction to not jeopardise the fleet or possibly even the whole offensive. In the event of the Rear-Admiral controlling their own fleet, their fleet will generally consist of one or two cruisers, some destroyers, and screening frigates. If there are enough ships to create a new large fleet, the Rear-Admiral stands a change at being promoted if they show enough skill and want to be promoted.

 <h4><li> Captain </h4>
Every Ships needs a Captain to guide her to victory. The Admirals are not always able to give specific orders to each ship, especially in a large fleet, so it is up to the captain to direct the ship in such a way to execute the Admiral's plans. It is up to the Captain to ensure that all Ensigns that operate the ship have good synergy with one another and to make sure that the ship is battle ready. If the Captain is good enough at their job and a position is available, they can get promoted to Rear-Admiral.

 <h4><li> Ensign </h4>
The Ensign is the lowest rank in the Fleet though it is one of the most vital to ensure victory in battle. The Ensign role can be split into multiple parts depending on what is needed for the ship to operate well. These roles can include, ship defence, gunnery, engineering/ship repairs, and navigation. This is the role that all Endo's joining the Fleet Navy will enter at. If an Endo shows prowess in leadership,they can be promoted to Captain if they want.

 <h3><u><b> Convoy Navy </b></h3></u>
The Convoy Navy Follows a similar structure to the Fleet Navy since one can easily transfer from the Fleet Navy to the Convoy Navy if they so wish. By joining the Convoy Navy, you are the sole protection between the precious cargo and Qu- anyone who may wish to pirate the loot. A Convoy Navy follows a similar fleet structure to the Fleet Navy with the only difference being a Convoy Fleet will have more screens and light craft.

 <h3><u><b> Special Forces </b></h3></u>
If and Endo show special prowess at the likes of boarding an enemy craft or patience. they can get hand picked by the Chief Directorate to be apart of the BEES Special Forces, STING. STING is usually only used in times of war when enemy reconnaissance or precision tasks are required. They will also complete their tasks on specially designed craft for their mission. Only the best BEES get to be apart of this force.  

<h2> Civilian </h2>
For the Endos to fight, there needs to be ships for them to fly. The Civilian sector of economy in the BEES relies on each other to function as well as they do. When the Economic/Mining branch gathers ores, the ores are sent to storage or use by the Industrial branch to then be turned into ships for Diplomatic or Military purposes. The synergy is made of 3 sectors: Economic/Mining led by the Chancellor of the Exchequer, the Industrial Branch led by the Secretary of Industry, and the Diplomatic Sector led by the Lead Diplomat. 


 <h3><u><b> Economic/Mining </b></u></h3>
This branch consists of both the Treasury aspect of the Faction and the Mining portion; however, only the Chancellor of the Exchequer handles the Treasury aspect of the sector. The Chancellor of the Exchequer will organise large Faction mining expeditions in which all that want to will join for the collection of ores fro the station or for the Industrial Branch. Everyone who joins on these Faction mining expeditions gets paid a fixed amount and all the ore goes to the Faction. If someone withing the faction goes mining on their own or with a group of friends, when they arrive back to the station then we do ask a small percentage of ores/credits gained go to the station for further growth.

 <h3><u><b> Industrial </b></u></h3>
The Industrial Branch is an umbrella term for the 3 sub-branches: Design, R&D, and Factory. This Branch is used for anything that involves the creation of new ships or technologies.

The Design Sub-Branch is where every new ship gets created. Using the latest innovations from R&D, the ships created are the best in the whole faction.

 <h4><li> R&D </h4>
Ships can only get so far with the most basic of code; so that is what R&D is for, to create new technologies from ships. From the creation of advanced docking procedures at a click of a button, to automatic turret lock on, the R&D is an essential part to creating the most powerful Defence Force in all of StarBase.

 <h4><li> Factory </h4>
The Factory Sub-Branch involves everything from the creation of factory code to the creation of new factories whiten the BEES. Starting out with the most simplest of creations for sale by the Economic/Mining Branch, the Factory Sub-Branch will soon be creating high tech fighters in a blink of an eye.

 <h3><u><b> Diplomatic </b></u></h3>
Organised by the Lead Diplomat, anyone who is involved in frequent diplomacy can become a Diplomat for the aim of... well Diplomacy. Diplomats will often be the ones to secure NAPs, Alliances, trade, or any other situation that does not require a high position to deal with (i.e, threats of aggression). It is often up to them to be the ones to increase the BEES foreign relations.
