== Centralized ==
For GOONS to operate there is one leader who handles everything leaving the members to freely live as desired until hired out to finish various tasks or fight in battles. This simplicity allows for clear and immediate communication to every Goon once a job is taken on. Though if a Goon shows exceptional initiative and a wish for more responsibility or authority there are options. All members can participate as they like and are not expected to be on-call.
