			* Tractor Beam will penetrate the lock frame field but will not pull or push objects once they are inside an activated lock frame field. They can however pull or push objects through (outside) the field.
			* Mining Lasers can penetrate the lock frame field.
			* Cargo Lock beams can penetrate the lock frame field although this is largely pointless because the lock frame field holds any objects inside in stasis.
			Range Finder beams cannot penetrate the lock frame field, they will register the field exterior as the distance.
