	Salvage operations are not condoned unless you message the user involved with said ship or parts. If no ship-ID or part-ID can be found then salvage operations can be found to be normal. Salvage is nor a normal activity for the Asteroid Control Team but rather a by product of space exploration and maintenance of ship parts. Engaging ships seeking Live or manned ships for salvage that are not decommissioned is not tolerated unless engaged in combat first.		Salvage operations are not condoned unless you message the user involved with said ship or parts.

	Mining asteroids, all rocks are fair till in a ships inventory, this means that mining the same rock as another company, member, ally, and enemy, is all fair game till they pick up the rock and this dictates ownership. Engaging in combat from being attacked removes this restriction and you can now take measures to defend your self. see the salvage for protocol after fight.
