Red Wood Industries (RWI) is a militaristic organization lead by “[https://www.youtube.com/CaptainJack Captain Jack]”.
While starting out as just a ship manufacturer, RWI has quickly made a name for itself in being an extremely efficient and independent military faction. The independence of the faction relates to the fact of RWI not depending on others for its resources to operate and produce leading starships and starbases. RWI has a large presence in the cinematic Colony Series by “[https://www.youtube.com/CaptainJack Captain Jack]”. However, the RWI within Starbase is not a cinematic faction, rather a fully functioning, closely run MMO faction.

The faction is split up into several Divisions: Military, Logistics, Industry, and Communications. Each division is led by an Admiral, a member of “[https://www.youtube.com/CaptainJack Captain Jack]”'s staff which has worked tirelessly within the community, and who report to the Vice-Admiral. Each division also has subdivisions, which are finer, more specific aspects of each division. RWI is open to recruitment but does have some strict requirements. If you want to see the requirement and/or join them head over to Captain Jack's Discord and have a look at the pinned messages in the #starbase chat. Yet even in his deathless state, the Emperor continues his eternal vigilance. Mighty battlefleets cross the daemon-infested miasma of the Warp, the only route between distant stars, their way lit by the Astronomican, the psychic manifestation of the Emperor's will. == Description ==
The Imperium of Man is the galactic empire under which the majority of humanity is united. The founder and nominal ruler of the Imperium is the god-like Emperor of Mankind, the most powerful human psyker ever known.

The Imperium is the largest and most powerful political entity in the galaxy, consisting of at least a million worlds which are dispersed across most of the galaxy. An Imperial planet might be separated from its closest neighbour by hundreds or thousands of light years. As a stellar empire, the size of the Imperium cannot be measured in terms of contiguous territory, but only in the number of planetary systems in its control.

Several aliens and forces - the forces of Chaos, Tyranids, Eldar, Dark Eldar, Orks, Tau, Necrons - challenge the supremacy of the Imperium. From within, the Imperium is threatened more insidiously by rebellion, mutation, rogue psykers, and subversive cults. Without the protection of the Imperium, mankind would fall prey to the countless perils that threaten it.

The maximum term that an Inquisitor Lord Terran can serve on the Senatorum is five years, after which they must stand down. >

* Central Mind - The combined minds of all subroutines (members) make up a form of collective consciousness referred to as '''Central Mind'''. This entity is the "personification" of Collective's will and goals. (Outside role-play, Central Mind is a custom Discord bot for managing the faction discord)
* Integration - The process of becoming one with Central Mind. Not compatible with any unwilling AI.
* Disintegration - The destruction of enemies of Collective. Central Mind is generally neutral towards anyone not clearly hostile.
* "We are one" - Collective's slogan. Summarizes both hivemind theme as well as the focus on coordinated cooperation to achieve great goals.
