== Summary ==

Solar Panels are the main fuelless energy source in Starbase, and are also the best option for Station Power, where they can be used to a large scale.

As the technology is still in development, many things are uncertain about the functionality, However presumably they are most profitable when placed on rotors or similar to follow the suns course.

* Every machine on ships or stations that are powered by a Solar Panel must be connected to the generator with a [[Cable tool|cable]].

Typically Solar Panels are placed in arrays as seen in the thumbnail of this page. These arrays can take up the surface area of an entire station lot.

The bolt tool is used to attach and detach bolts to and from hard substrates such as bastium and oninum, most often in manufacturing and construction work. 
Bolt tools are common and useful tools in any kind of construction work, from fixing minor impairments on a spaceship or building and repairing [[Stations|space stations]] of any size.

Asteroid mining is an entry-level job for any [[Endoskeleton|endoskeleton]] looking for a way to make some profit. 
[[Capital Mega Station|Capital Mega Stations]] near asteroid fields offer the mining jobs for any willing workers. 
Supervised mining is an easy start for anyone looking to become proficient prospector by learning the trade in a safe work environment. 
Workers sign in at a workstation at the Mining job hall, where they are given a [[Pickaxe|pickaxe]] and access to the asteroids. 

The job consists of mining the asteroids and moving the mined materials to the collector zone. 

== Payment ==

Workers are paid for the amount of work they do, so the more efficient at mining the worker is, the more they are able to earn in a shorter time. System counts the amount of materials the worker has mined and moved to the collector zone, and they get paid accordingly.
