== Closed Alpha general info ==

The Starbase Closed Alpha (often just called CA) is the first alpha testing of Starbase and it is the first time non-developers got access to the game. The Closed Alpha is free and player invites happen in waves. Closed Alpha will scale up from the first hundred players in the beginning to hopefully tens of thousands of players by the end. See below for signup link and more information.

The main purpose of the Closed Alpha is to test the game with large amounts of people while preparing more features for the eventual Early Access launch.

Closed Alpha will end prior to the game's release in Steam Early Access.

Starbase is currently in Closed Alpha, which means a closed (private) test with a growing number of users outside the development team.

While everyone is excited for Closed Alpha, for us developers it's an important tool to make the game better and prepare for the eventual Early Access release. During Closed Alpha the game will break often and many features are missing or not fully functional - the game is not yet ready for the majority of gamers to join in. That's why we're doing a Closed Alpha instead of e.g. an Open Alpha or launching straight to Early Access.

For most gamers, we would recommend wishlisting Starbase on Steam:

Суспільство, сформоване з цих роботизованих ендоскелетів, на даний момент сконцентроване на [[Мега Станція|Мега Станції]] і невеликих міні-станціях "передмістях" в космосі. Станції забезпечують безпеку, [[Робота|роботу]], соціальні центри і можливість торгівлі, що робить їх ідеальною базою для початку колонізації галактики.

У галактиці є дві найбільш помітні конкуруючі фракції - це [[Королівство|Королівство]] і [[Імперія|Имперія]], причому Імперія в даний час контролює більшість центральних станцій. Однак, можна очікувати що й інші фракції одного разу піднімуться поряд з цими двома, оскільки суспільство розвивається і прогресує.

W galaktyce dwie najbardziej znaczące frakcje to rywalizujące [[Kingdom:pl|Królestwo]] oraz [[Empire|Imperium]], przy czym Imperium ma obecnie kontrole nad większością stacji centralnych. Można oczekiwać, że wraz z tymi dwiema frakcjami powstaną inne frakcje, w miarę jak społeczeństwo ewoluuje i rozwinie się.

In het universum van Starbase bestuur jij, de speler, een robotisch [[Endoskeleton|endoskelet]]. Het endoskelet is ideaal voor ruimtevaart en kolonisatie. De maatschappij die is ontstaan uit deze robotische endoskeletten bevind zich op dit moment voornamelijk op de [[Capital_Mega_Station|Centrale Mega Stations]] en een paar van de kleinere stations in de ruimte. De stations bieden de spelers veiligheid, [[jobs|banen]], een plek voor sociaal contact en de mogelijkheid om te handelen. Een station vormt dus een ideale plek van waaruit de kolonisatie van het universum kan worden gestart.

In het universum van Starbase zijn er meerdere partijen, waarvan er twee boven de rest uit torenen. Deze partijen zijn het [[Kingdom|Koninkrijk]] en het [[Empire|Imperium]]. Het Imperium bezet op het moment het grootste gedeelte van de station die op een centrale positie liggen en het koninkrijk bezit de meeste overige stations. Het is echter te verwachten dat in de komende tijd er andere partijen zullen ontstaan die zich even snel zullen ontwikkelen naarmate de maatschappij van Starbase groeit en zich ontwikkelt. 

Al het [[News Broadcasts|leven]] in Starbase bevind zich op het moment in de baan rondom een onbekende gas planeet. Mensen zijn altijd al geïnteresseerd geweest in het avontuurlijke, daarom zijn er constant dappere ontdekkers nodig om de grenzen van de huidige ruimtevaart en technologie in Starbase te verkennen, zodat we op een dag in de toekomst de uiterste hoeken van het universum kunnen bereiken.

Dans l'univers de Starbase tout le monde contrôle un [[Endoskeleton:fr|endosquelette]] robotique, un corps assez durable étant idéal pour l'exploration spatiale et la colonisation. La société, formée de ces robotiques endosquelettes est actuellement concentrée sur de gigantesques [[Capital_Mega_Station:fr|Super Stations]] et de plus petites Mini Stations, les "banlieues" dans l'espace. Les stations fournissent sécurité, [[jobs:fr|travail]], point de rencontre et possibilités d'échange pour leurs habitants, faisant d'elles des bases idéales où commencer la colonisation de la galaxie.

Dans la galaxie, les deux principales factions sont deux factions rivales, le [[Kingdom:fr|Royaume]] et l'[[Empire:fr|Empire]], l'Empire ayant le contrôle de la majorité des stations centrales. Les autres factions peuvent tout de même espérer ce placer à coté de ces deux géants un jour, avec l'évolution et la progression la société. 

La [[News Broadcasts:fr|vie]] dans l'[[Space:fr|espace]] étant actuellement centrée sur l'orbite céleste d'une planète gazeuse, les courageux aventuriers devront constamment explorer les limites du voyage spatial et d'autres technologies afin de pouvoir, un jour atteindre les coins les plus reculés de la galaxie.

Im Universum von Starbase kontrolliert hier jeder ein robotergestütztes [[Endoskeleton:de|Endoskelett]], eine ziemlich widerstandsfähige Hülle, die ideal für die Erforschung des Weltraums und die Kolonisierung ist. Die Gesellschaft, die aus diesen Roboter-Endoskeletten gebildet wird, konzentriert sich derzeit auf [[Capital_Mega_Station:de|Mega-Stationen]] und kleinere Mini-Stationen, "die Vorstädte" im Weltraum. Die Stationen bieten ihren Bewohnern Sicherheit, [[jobs:de|Arbeitsplätze]], soziale Treffpunkte sowie Handelsmöglichkeiten und sind somit ideale Ausgangspunkte für den Beginn der Kolonisierung der Galaxie.

In der Galaxie sind die beiden prominentesten und rivalisierenden Fraktionen das [[Kingdom:de|Königreich]] und das [[Empire:de|Imperium]], wobei das Imperium derzeit die Kontrolle über die Mehrheit der Zentralstationen hat. Es ist jedoch zu erwarten, dass neben diesen beiden Fraktionen weitere Fraktionen entstehen werden, wenn sich die Gesellschaft weiterentwickelt und voranschreitet. 

Da sich das [[News Broadcasts:de|Leben]] im [[Space:de|Weltraum]] derzeit auf die Himmelsumlaufbahn eines einzigen Gasplaneten konzentriert, werden ständig mutige Pioniere benötigt, die an den Grenzen der gegenwärtigen Raumfahrt und anderer Technologien experimentieren, um eines Tages die entlegensten Winkel der Galaxie erreichen zu können.

In the Starbase universe everyone controls a robotic [[Endoskeleton|endoskeleton]], a fairly durable shell that is ideal for space exploration and colonization. Во вселенной Starbase каждый управляет роботизированным [[Endoskeleton:ru|эндоскелетом]], довольно прочной оболочкой, которая идеально подходит для освоения и колонизации космоса. Общество, сформированное из этих роботизированных эндоскелетов, на данный момент сконцентрировано на [[Capital_Mega_Station:ru|Столичной Мега Станции]] и небольших мини-станциях "пригородах" в космосе. Станции обеспечивают безопасность, [[jobs:ru|работу]], социальный центр и возможность торговли, что делает их идеальной базой для начала колонизации галактики.

В галактике есть две наиболее заметные соперничающие фракции - это [[Kingdom:ru|Королевство]] и [[Empire:ru|Империя]], причем Империя в настоящее время контролирует большинство центральных станций. Однако, можно ожидать что и другие фракции однажды поднимутся наряду с этими двумя, поскольку общество развивается и прогрессирует.

Les autres factions peuvent tout de même espérer ce placer à coté de ces deux géants un jour, avec l'évolution et la progression la société. 

La [[News Broadcasts|vie]] dans l'[[Space:fr|espace]] étant actuellement centrée sur l'orbite céleste d'une planète gazeuse, les courageux aventuriers devront constamment explorer les limites du voyage spatial et d'autres technologies afin de pouvoir, un jour atteindre les coins les plus reculés de la galaxie.

In the Starbase universe everyone controls a robotic [[Endoskeleton|endoskeleton]], a fairly durable shell that is ideal for space exploration and colonization. The society, formed out of these robotic endoskeletons, is currently concentrated on [[Capital_Mega_Station|Capital Mega Stations]] and smaller Mini Stations, "the suburbs" in space. The stations provide security, [[jobs]], social hubs and trading possibilities for their inhabitants, making them ideal bases from where to start the colonization of the galaxy.

In the galaxy, the two most prominent factions are the rivalling the [[Kingdom]] and the [[Empire]], with the Empire currently having control over the majority of the central stations. Other factions can however be expected to one day rise alongside these two, as the society evolves and progresses. 

As [[News Broadcasts|life]] in [[Space|space]] is currently centered on the celestial orbit of a single gas planet, brave pioneers are constantly needed to experiment on the boundaries of current space travel and other technologies in order to one day be able to reach the far corners of the galaxy.

In the Starbase universe everyone controls a robotic [[Endoskeleton|endoskeleton]], a fairly durable shell that is ideal for space exploration and colonization. The society, formed out of these robotic endoskeletons, is currently concentrated on [[Capital_Mega_Station|Capital Mega Stations]] and smaller Mini Stations, "the suburbs" in space. The stations provide security, [[jobs]], social hubs and trading possibilities for their inhabitants, making them ideal bases from where to start the colonization of the galaxy.

In the galaxy, the two most prominent factions are the rivalling the [[Kingdom]] and the [[Empire]], with the Empire currently having control over the majority of the central stations. Other factions can however be expected to one day rise alongside these two, as the society evolves and progresses. 

As [[News Broadcasts|life]] in [[Space|space]] is currently centered on the celestial orbit of a single gas planet, brave pioneers are constantly needed to experiment on the boundaries of current space travel and other technologies in order to one day be able to reach the far corners of the galaxy.
